Refresh / Save Icons

The top bar (red bar) of the control panel displays the title (case number) together with three icons: Refresh, Save, and Settings.

1. Refresh Icon

• Refreshes the tab buttons and their association with open Chrome tabs and URLs. Tab buttons without a corresponding tab are removed.
• If you have manually operated Chrome, performed complex actions on the control panel, or tab associations have drifted, press the Refresh icon regularly to stabilise operation.

2. Save Icon

Clicking the Save icon performs a refresh, then saves the current Chrome tab URLs in tab-button order. When restoring later, Chrome will be displayed in the tab-button order.
